The service usage right packages you purchase through the FreelancerFindJobs platform are entirely digital products. Once your purchase is successfully completed (payment confirmed), your usage rights will be automatically loaded into your user account on the platform within 2 hours at the latest (usually instantly).
No physical product shipment or shipping process is involved. If your usage rights do not appear in your account, please contact us at help@freelancerfindjobs.com.
Because the products purchased are in the digital content/service category and are performed instantly, refunds are not possible in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Why are refunds not possible?
Digital products and service usage rights are treated as "intangible goods" because they can be copied, consumed instantly or transferred to third parties. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchased usage right packages, and refund requests cannot be fulfilled.
If your usage rights are not loaded into your account or are loaded incorrectly due to a system error, the necessary investigations will be carried out and the usage rights you are entitled to will be manually credited to your account. User detriment is always remedied in such technical cases.
