Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

1.1 Seller: İBRAHİM ONAT SÜNNETÇİOĞLU ŞAHIS ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as "FreelancerFindJobs")
1.2 Buyer: The user who purchases products/services through the platform.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital service usage right packages ordered by the Buyer electronically via the FreelancerFindJobs website [www.freelancerfindjobs.com], in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and distance contracts regulations.

3. Products covered by the agreement (Packages)

4. Delivery

The products are in the form of digital service usage rights. After the purchase is successfully completed, the relevant usage rights are automatically assigned to the Buyer's account on the platform. No physical shipping is carried out.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund

IMPORTANT: The Buyer does not have a right of withdrawal for digital service usage rights purchased electronically. In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and for contracts relating to intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Digital service usage rights cannot be refunded because they are assigned to the account immediately after purchase and are of a copyable/consumable nature.

6. General provisions

The Buyer accepts that they have read and are informed about the essential characteristics of the products, the sale price, the payment method and pre-information on delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in an electronic environment. The price of the products is paid by the payment method chosen by the Buyer (credit card, etc.).

7. Competent courts

Consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
